On Thursday 12 May, a group of 12 Year 10 students attended their graduation ceremony from The Brilliant Club at SOAS, University of London.

This graduation ceremony was the culmination of their hard work over the last few months; the students have had six university style seminars from a PhD tutor on the subject of Philosophy, and they each then had to submit a 2000 word essay on the same topic, receiving a university graded mark for this assignment.

Ms Boam, Assistant Vice Principal, said, "This has been an excellent opportunity which these 12 students made the most of. They worked hard and showed real resilience in submitting their final assignments, and I'm pleased that they had such a wonderful time at their graduation ceremony."
